Marc Goldstein's Toronto Terminals
This plan is based on Toronto Union Station and the sprawling coach yards at Spedina that once surrounded it. It is a "partial mushroom" plan with a raised floor in one aisle to maximize the run in a relatively small room. One of my few passenger-focused plans. It was published in the June 2016 Model Railroader.
