Dennis Mahaffey's Midwestern RR

Dennis grew up near Villa Grove, IL where the Chicago and Eastern Illinois maintained a compact yard and engine terminal. This plan represents a number of the features of the prototype while including a couple of "modeler's license" elements meant to evoke Dennis' connections to northern Michigan and Appalachia.
