Brian Moore's CSX KD Subdivision

This plan fits a nice representation of the northern half of CSX's KD Subdivision into a two car garage. Brian wanted a steel mill, an engine terminal, a helper district, a long bridge over a river, a power plant with a rotary dumper that would actually dump coal from cars and feed it to a flood loader at a coal mine. Most of these features – along with a transfer table in the West Knoxville yard – are included in their prototype locations.
