Brian Bland's Chessie System West End

In Brian Bland's world, the Chessie System is still operating the famous B&O West End. Who am I to argue? This "nolix" design climbs steadily westward so there are actually three levels including the mine complex at Shinnston. It uses an inside-out return loop at the top level for western staging.
