This is a fairly pure treatment of the RBMN north of Belt Line Junction in Reading, PA up to Tamaqua – part of the Reading Ramble featured in other plans on these pages.  David wanted all staging to be visible, so I placed single-ended yards on the outside of the plan...

Scott wanted to replicate the "Reading Rambles" of the 60s - fan trips behind steam that traversed a large loop including the Reading's Catawissa branch.  Not a lot of room in 3-rail O scale, but using may favorite staging-in-the-helix trick we made it work.

Always a bit of a challenge to design for already-completed benchwork, but I was pleased with this design for the former Western Maryland main from Baltimore to Cumberland.  Interrupting the backdrop made it possible to include a working interchange at the delightfully...

Podcaster Scotty Mason ran a contest to design a model railroad for the modest space in his new house.  I won!  This is based on the PC in northern Pennsylvania.
